PUF/PIR Pipe Support

US ENTERPRISES manufactures high-performance PUF (Polyurethane Foam) and PIR (Polyisocyanurate Foam) Pipe Supports, designed to provide thermal insulation, mechanical support, and load distribution for piping systems in industrial, cryogenic, and HVAC applications.
These pipe supports are pre-formed, rigid insulation blocks—usually with a high-density core—used at hanger locations to prevent thermal bridging, maintain system integrity, and avoid condensation-related issues. They are especially suited for chilled water, hot water, steam, and process pipelines.

Outer Cladding Options:- Can be laminated with galvanized iron (GI), aluminum, or stainless steel for extra protection and strength.
Corrosion Prevention:- Acts as a thermal and mechanical barrier to reduce corrosion under insulation (CUI).
